Birthpoints are no longer randomly determined when a player reconnects to the server during a freeze time. Birth point order is now configured at the start of the map and saved/restored to the round backup file
On official matchmaking servers, players disconnecting and reconnecting during the freeze time will respawn at the birth point assigned at the start of the round
On community servers, players who disconnect and reconnect during the freeze time will respawn at one of the five birth points assigned for that round
When restoring from a round backup file (recommended as a post-disconnect/reconnect setup for a match), players will appear at the location originally assigned at the start of the round
Fixed bug where players would see a black screen when disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times during a tech pause
Fixed an issue that would interact with the bot birth point algorithm when a player disconnected and reconnected to a competitive match
Fixed some bugs where MVP music would not play or would play with end of round music
Fixed bug where kills during deathmatch warmups would count towards the life bonus and Zeus score bonus
Fixed players jumping higher than normal when switching to a lower frame rate
Fixed a bug where the server would sometimes ignore weapon switches
Fixed smoke shadow rendering issue and improved performance
Fixed an issue where the game would crash when the player switched windows in Linux
Fixed frame rate stuttering due to compiled shaders
Improved behavior where user input would not reach the server in time due to packet loss or client-side framerate issues
Tweaked various music cues in the Night Mode music box (ISOxo, Knock2, TWERL and Ekko & Sidetrack).
Fixed some North American players never being able to confirm matches on European servers due to SDRs choosing an invalid route.
Players who have been kicked from official competitive servers due to too many suicides will now receive a competitive cooldown
Adjusted the logic for tracking player idle status to exclude turn freeze times and pause times
Chickens no longer interact with dropped weapons
Sniper scope overlays no longer appear in tool viewports (e.g. Hammer)

Adjusted birth point location prioritization for priority ranked and competitive modes in Anubis, Inferno, Mirage, Nuke, Overpass, and Vertigo. (Fewer birth points, -1 for not practicing fast smoke)

Fixed an issue in the CS2 Creative Workshop tool where light maps were limited to 4k resolution.
Updated Sticker View to support 0.1 increments for scraping off stickers.
