-Valve’s official servers now detect specific types of move/shoot input automation (such as hardware-assisted counter strafing), which will be kicked out of the match when detected.
-By default, input bindings containing more than one of the following commands will be ignored. Players can re-enable this using the cheat-protected convar cl_allow_multi_input_binds 1

‘Side-stepping Skills’
Counter-Strike is constantly evolving, and the CS community is shaping the game from the art to the maps to the idiosyncratic gameplay and even the player input.
Scripting and automating player commands has always been a controversial topic, but over the years, certain forms of scripting (such as jump throws) have gained acceptance because they allow players to play at levels that would otherwise be impossible. In fact, jump throws have become such an important part of the game that we’ve done a lot of work to make them work reliably without any special scripts or bindings (i.e. by jumping and throwing grenades quickly).
Developing one’s coordination and reaction time has always been key to mastering Counter-Strike.
Recently, some hardware features have blurred the line between manual input and automation, so we’ve decided to draw the line in Counter-Strike and make it clear what’s acceptable and what’s not.
We will no longer allow automated actions that circumvent these core skills (via scripting or hardware), and from now on (initially – only on official Valve servers) players suspected of automating multiple player actions via a single game input may be kicked from the game.
To prevent accidental violations, in-game bindings that contain multiple movement and/or attack actions will no longer be valid (e.g., empty bindings and jump-throw bindings).
If your keyboard has an input automation feature (e.g. ‘Flick Mode’), be sure to disable it before entering a tournament to avoid disruption.
