CS2 Positioning

Positioning is simply the rapid movement of the center of gravity to the person (head), with speed and accuracy being the two variables that characterize the strength of the positioning (aiming) ability.

Positioning Exercises

The most famous exercise would be the Creative Workshop map Aim Botz – Training’s one-sided wall hit 100 bots.

The practice of hitting 100 bots on one side of the wall can help you quickly improve your ability to position yourself horizontally by pulling the gun and grasp the position of the headshot line.

Crouching to hit will actually work better

Generally speaking kpm 80~110 is enough, but of course it’s definitely better to have a higher quest (I usually have an AK of just over 100).

Compared to Aim Botz, I recommend practicing positioning on Yprac Aim Arena. The red circle will appear randomly in the center, just left click to hit it.

After the fight, the data will pop up in the lower left corner.

The left panel allows you to adjust the parameters of the exercise (from left to right): the number of consecutive targets, the number of hits on the target, whether to move or not, the number of targets, the size of the target, the duration of the appearance of the target and the delay of the appearance of the next target.
